The research interests of Mobile Sensing and Networking Group include mobile / wearable computing, neuromorphic vision sensing, human-computer interactions for Virtual/ augmented reality, etc. Specifically, we conduct both theoretical and practical research from designing new sensor signals processing algorithms, optimizing machine learning or deep learning models for embedded systems to enable novel convenient and secured services with wearable and mobile platforms. We have published over 80 peer-reviewed papers on top journals and conferences of different research communities like TPAMI, NeurIPS, CVPR for artificial intelligence and computer vision; MobiCom, SenSys, TMC for mobile computing and TVCG, IEEE VR for virtual reality. We welcome all students and young researchers who are interested in exploring the new possibilities of mobile sensing joining our group.
